Not a leader. Doesn't shout enough.

In spite of all evidence to the contrary: players' praise of his leadership on the pitch, young players specifically naming him as hugely influential to their development, community work off the pitch, and 3 successive managers making him their captain.

But, you know, let's base our judgement on his leadership by how much he shouts at other players when we concede. We obviously know better.
