Big Friendly Polter — Podcast
Tuesday, 25th Oct 2016 19:02 by LFW

QPR striker Seb Polter is the special guest on this week's Open All R's Podcast, discussing his move to England , relationship with the QPR fans and the dreaded one up front formation.

Polter, who has three goals to his name this season, spoke well of much maligned manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and his formations.

Polter said: "There's no discussion about it in the team, if the manager wants to play a certain way we stick to it and that's important. When the manager says he wants to play with one striker because it suits us more then it is this way. I think we have a lot of players who could play as a second striker, but that's the decision for the manager and we stick to it. For my game it makes no difference if I have a second striker next to me, Chery behind me, it makes no difference.

"It's not all about the manager, he chooses the 11 players who play then it's up to our performance. If you're performance isn't right there's nothing he can do. It's up to the players."

Host David Fraser is joined in the studio by podcast founder Chris Mendes, Independent R's Steve Sayce and London Live host Luke Blackall.
