That my friend would just be the opening gambit. As I mentioned on another board a couple of years ago....Rangers were going in for land in this part of the Common. My information taken from the Chelsea S/T holders who own a lot of the abutting property. When I'm in town next month I'll see if they have any update on the offers. |  |

It will make a larger development more difficult as I would guess the entry and exit from the larger estate would want to be sited through this site , so we could effectively block the bigger development by Not allowing the, access which would be needed | |

what ever they build wont be the high end type of development they want , its being used as a blocking excercise , we build this and gain the second major access point of a much larger development , for the new development to happen this second access point is going to become a huge part of it , so it would give the club some leverage on the second development if that ever was to happen. | |
