Are they really that bad?

Thought they added a great atmosphere last night, that 'Milll...' chant is fckin excellent.
Nice to have away fans down making a bit of noise.

Don't know if they caused any problems after the game, I certainly didn't see any.

It seemed to all be managed extremely well last night by the club, police etc.

Some people moaning about having to walk an extra 100 yards as Blomfontein was blocked off but get a life guys.

Was all very sedate and well managed by the police/club.

Heard the odd chant of 'no one likes us' from the Upper Loft but not much else.

I was in block A or B for that game midweek where they had the whole away end and sang 'he's got birdsht on his head' to Bircham for about half an hour. Probably the loudest away crowd at Loftus Road I've encountered that night.

Not well managed at all in A Block.

There was obviously Millwall fans sitting here from before kick off and I saw them smoking and drinking. They soon outed themselves when Millwall scored and were set upon by a number of Rangers Fans.

What bemused me was they were allowed to stay in their seats, let alone the ground!

After we equalised another Millwall fan outed himself as he walked the front row from A block to C Block to clump an R that was goading the away fans. The Millwall fan was quickly dealt with and recieved a good few whacks and was Royal Rumble styled over the stand onto the roof of the exec boxes. Who dealt with this? One young steward (fair play to him) and two medics!! The Millwall fan then jumped back over near the away end and waltzed down the stairs.

All quite shocking, especially when you looked over to Ellerslie and saw untold amounts of Police. Had the usual coins thrown and did hear the sound of broken glass on a few occasions but didnt see what caused it.

Not the best night and should have been sorted by the security/police, especially with what went off in the 6th minute.

Obviously some of them must be sound, by the law of averages alone, but they have a huge element that are racist and violent and there's just no defending them.

Filth.

I'm actually really annoyed at such a low attendance from us, and if we had sold out the atmosphere would have been even better. Shame that this team are actually the ones who try and want to win, yet get little attention from fans who only care about seeing us in the Championship. Full crowd and we could have seen an atmosphere like Chelsea. Always makes the night better. Anyway about the Milllll chant, as good as it is it made me want to score anytime they sung it so they shut the fck up

Poll: Who would you most like to see at QPR?

Bang on the money. Only 10,057 home fans turned up to see what turned out to be a great game. I don't know what more Ollie and the team can give to put more bums on seats.
But when we have that Cup run watch the moans about not being able to get a ticket etc.....ok, I exaggerated that last bit. Cup runs? What was I thinking of ?

Midweek attendances will always be lower than Saturday's generally, I also think the fact it was Milwall will also deter some people

Ha, that's the whole point of having away fans at the ground.

Football has become a little too sedate these days, actually enjoy Millwall coming to town.

Friend I go with couldn't make the game so lent me his season ticket. Strangely I couldn't persuade anybody to use it.

Millwall do deter people from attending, but from a personal perspective, it's just soooooooo boring now. Not worth it.

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

Absence of Rangers fans for London Derby's? Sounds a bit like a few fixtures in the 1970's.

Haven't beaten them since 2006. Last five games have yielded four draws and a loss. Never mind possible aggro, that's a good enough reason to not bother!

No it isn't ..you don't follow Rangers and expect them to win I always look at it as a bonus

I was getting aggrieved in the first half as there were some lads I've never seen before who'd clearly turned up cos it was Millwall and chastising us for not being loud enough. B!tch please, I sit here in the pouring rain every week. One of them was loudly telling us how he was going to storm into the Millwall end through the lower school doors. Go on mate, we're all right behind you. They thankfully moved when it really started coming down, betraying they were clearly paddocks n00bs

Also there were loads of people filming the Millwall end anytime they made the smallest noise. Cop onto yourselves lads

At one point the rain really kicked up, and in the miserable silence the guy in front of me said "I wasn't even going to bring a coat tonight" :D

With our record in london derbies, i dont think you can criticise a low attendance on a wet tuesday night to Millwall. As mentioned before, if you had kids, you wouldnt do it and in general, regardless of rivalries, i find it hard to get exciteda about us playing another london team...and i went!

Have to say I do like when millwall come over as it reminds me of what it used to be like when I was a kid going to rangers. All the Police and tension in the air when you hear them being escorted down the road adds to the atmosphere. As long as there all wrapped up by the old bill then there's usually no issues outside.
As for bringing kids , I would say you are safer walking down the road avoiding the main crowds with a child than if you're on your own or in a group of blokes .i have had no issues bringing my boy to any game at lotus road as the only time he is anywhere near the rowdy mobs is usually inside the ground where the atmosphere is better than usual.
Having said that , I wouldn't bring him to millwall away on a weeknight as the odds of getting caught up in something would be drastically shorter .
