Selling my QPR shirt collection from past 30+ years 16:08 - Sep 18 with 4196 viewsDaveClayton

Now that I have 2 young daughters with no interest in QPR and the fact I hit 50 and realised I have way too much stuff, it's time to let the QPR collection go. Shirts first. Once i have photographed them all I will be sticking them on Ebay or Facebook - will post here when i do in case anyone is interested. Programmes will be next! The money will be more useful than boxes of stuff in my loft!

Loft ! If I put all my QPR stuff in the loft the ceilings would come crashing down !

It's being so happy that keeps me going.

I'm sure you'll get a punter or two.

I have a Ledesma tshirt heading to the charity shop!

I have an original Guinness one but it looks like that's accounted for now. I think '83/84

My first memory memorabilia wise is ordering a QPR shirt through my local sports shop in Helston as a little boy (not easy to get in Cornwall). Obviously, it never arrived. Nothing has changed there.

Had an offer of £150 on that mate. I actually had two of that shirt, one is with a family member and I let them have it a long time ago as it was given to me and I wouldn't sell that. My daughters can have it for when I am old and long gone when its worth a lot more ;)

Current state of play - private sales, not on Ebay yet - all the old ones very popular!

I'm not sure if I've seen #83 before - was it a mid-season variant?

#51 is unusual too.

Bear in mind when you auction them off that the ones with League badges on the arms are rarer than without.

#51 is a rare 93/94 with no sponsor
#83 I think is just an Adidas hooped shirt from between 82/3 - 84/85 with no badge or sponsor.

There is also a signed shirt in there #43 and a I believe a match worn #63/64/65

Cheers :)
