As long as the club retains ownership and they don't go crazy with its size (no more than 25,000 capacity with scope to expand should there be a need), I wouldn't see a problem.
If they go crazy and don't give the club the ground, then I'D hope that there would be some kick back.
Still, we don't own the club, so a limit to what we can realistically do... | |
