Considering the amount of money which is being spent, even if if we were not in the shite with FFP, 20 million still wouldn't bring us to the level of Boro, Stoke and West Brom etc. They have some seriously high earners on their books. I think its good that we are not trying to play catch up with them because someone is going to get hammered by FFP eventually. They can't all go up. We just need to bring in a CB and maybe a RB on loan and i think we will stay up and try to push on and build a team. |  |

Budget apart, I think there is another big disincentive to joining QPR - the recent bad publicity surrounding the club's record FFP fine.
Whether that worry is real or simply perceived, I think it could very easily put off many potential permanent signings. So we may have to rely on what we can pick up in the loan market and wait for next summer for major changes. |  | | |

I suppose it's part and parcel of being QPR but when we were spending money our scouting was nonexistent so we end up with whoever the agents wanted to shove down our throats. Now we have scouts identifying promising players we can't afford them and are easy pickings for other clubs to out bid is. Classic QPR. |  | | |
