We have them. but it's enormously difficult to scout when you know there's little or no money for fees. |  |

Penrice has primarily been a European scout through his career.

There have been very few transfer windows in the last seven years that we strengthened our squad!

More likely to identify players within our limited price range like those joining the U23’s. That’s part of our strategy now and it’s resulted in the likes of Eze and Manning coming through.
Not to mention Leistner and whoever we sign on loan. Now we’re working on a very limited budget it’s more important than ever to use scouts to unearth hidden gems. | | | |
