So how I read this (and I could be wrong) is that they are nothing to do with QPR and our coaching.

This was a Primary Schools Cup that started way back with c1800 schools but then the finalists are then chosen to represent a EFL club as finals are played before the EFL play-off finals. As the school is from Harlsden they were given QPR.

Guessing Chris and Andy would have had a look at the players though!
