There's a lot of this kind of self-congratulatory load of bollocks on Facebook.
I know a lovely family who have 3 lovely girls, all under the age of about 8. The mum is pregnant right now and they put one of those gender reveal videos on Facebook recently. At the end of the video they open a box and inside is a pink balloon meaning that they're having another girl.
If you really must video this kind of thing, then fair enough I suppose. But there's no need to put it in the public domain. But if you really feel you have to put it on Facebook then maybe edit out the bit at the start where you ask all your daughters what they are hoping for and they all jump up and down screaming "a brother, a brother" One day your as yet unborn 4th daughter is probably going to see this video of all her close family saying that they don't really want her!!
Like I said at the top, load of bollocks.

This is all part and parcel of the fking absolute madness where everyone thinks that everyone should know everything about their kid as if it is special. When i was on FB I had to sack it off because all my mates were putting up pics of their lame kids. One guy used to write his statuses as if his kid wrote them.
He once put “just enjoying my #icecream #yum” with a pic of his kid. The fk is that shit?
Cnt. I was so offended I blocked him first and eventually got rid of FB because all my parent friends are like it. There are over 7 billion folks on this planet. No one cares about your kid. Especially as your kid is probably a whining little twt whenever you take it anywhere.
Gender reveal? How about you raise a kid without using an iPad as a pacifier. That’ll impress me more.
