I was there celebrating my 45th birthday on that day. Inflatables galore and a big post match party in the car park afterwards whilst waiting for the old bill to let us out. Lovely hot day and Adel at his best. Happy memories. Eight years ago, unbelievable.

Happy St George's Day one and all

That was a good day out.

Despite Dai telling me I could use his driveway then finding that he'd told everyone else the same so I had to miss KO finding somewhere to park.

I am still Steve but no longer in Dagenham.

QPR: Kenny, Orr, Hill, Gorkss, Connolly, Smith, Derry, Taarabt, Faurlín, Routledge, Helguson.

Subs: Cerny, Hall, Buzsaky, Agyemang, Hulse, Ephraim, Miller.

Ah man I loved that team.

Happy St. George's Day, English friends.

Definitely know I've posted this before, but -- I watched that game in a bar in Ibiza. It was an absolute classic of the 'Only bloke losing his shit watching the game much to the amusement of everyone else present' genre.

Great away day and we really did have a fabulous team....if Helguson had legs just an inch longer we would have nicked the game too.... Adel was immense that day.

My lot said they would all be wearing England gear so I turned up in my England shirt only to find I was the only one wearing - c unts!

The buses back to the station from the ground were full, so instead of waiting for them to come back, I asked the police if I'd be ok walking back.

He said I can, but he couldn't guarantee my safety. I decided to wait

Brilliant day out though

We parked the car and picked up Mel's coach at Leigh Delamere services on the M4, two weeks later I got a £60 parking fine still as others have said it was a great day out and we almost got the winner in the dying seconds.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.
