BOS 09:05 - Dec 31 with 8446 views | NorthantsHoop | I hope we do not lose BOS in the January window, if the rumours are true he's not inclined to sign an extension. It might all be a negotiating tactic etc.. I really rate BOS he has been exceptional this season and at last his potential coming to fruition. Starting to tear sides apart down the wings. The end product is improving as well.

BOS on 00:24 - Jan 2 by Benny_the_Ball | I don't need convincing, Bazza. I've long held the suspicion that Tony et al are using QPR as a vehicle for making money via property development be it the Old Oak project, Linford Christie stadium and/or sale of Loftus Road. Meanwhile the development that is vital to the future of the club (i.e. Warren Farm) is yet to begin in earnest. |
Which confirms my grim suspicions too. It would explain why Hoos is in such denial about the prospects of pushing LR development/facilities managment to the max and/or his refusal to acknowledge that clubs like Bournemouth and others with similar or smaller stadia/infrastructure have carved out niches in the Premiership. Unfortunately, most fans just swallow the propaganda machine hook, line and sinker like they were members of a cult. [Post edited 2 Jan 2020 10:05]

How does a post on a forum 'confirm your suspicions' then? Its not a fact is it? The ridiculous and histrionic letters you send to Lee Hoos expecting him to take them seriously and reply in detail suggests you are not grounded in reality when it comes to the business side of QPR.

BOS on 09:43 - Jan 2 by 1MoreBrightonR | One thing he does that i love is he will pick up the ball at the halfway line, back to the goal and often heading the opposite way, and then in a solit second do a full 90 degree turn and be round his man and on the attack. he doesnt know how to play backwards and i love that. |
This is a very good description of one of his go to moves..... it’s an impressive bit of skill but I’d prefer he did this less He should be collecting the ball in one of two ways- First, with his front to the goal so that he can run at defenders.... he’s already very very good at this The place he can improve is using his pace to run behind a defense and stretch them... kind of like what he did for his first goal ystd and against stoke for our first goal of the season.... and if he starts making runs like the one chair made for our fifth goal, defenses will have no chance

I agree with this. That's not to knock him, but that's his next step - how to isolate his oppo more. I've been wondering recently, I've no idea who's been working with BOS of late or who's got such positivity and belief into his game, but it's transformed him. And it's excellent, transformative coaching. I said yesterday that he was a player we used to dream on, such was his potential, now I find that it's hard to keep the dream in check.

Breathtaking stuff. How was yours mate? '4-2 to the Bluebirds it is then, with Hoilett as MoM and MW's increasingly mournful post-match demeanour to plumb new depths of repetitive melancholy!'

It's not one swallow though is it? He has been showing this in ever increasing amounts since he came back into the team for the Derby game.

Yes and no. He has been getting more playing time recently. Each time he gets on the field he shows flashes of potential and in the last few games it has been a lot more. Obviously, that run and goal showed us that there was more behind the potential and since then he has started a few in a row. This was by far the most complete performance. I wish he hadn't been substituted because it felt like he would've got a hatrick if he had a bit more time. The maddening thing about BOS, Eze, and Chair (maddening may be too strong a word TBH) is that whenever they run with the ball it causes problems and whenever the dribble into the box we look dangerous. All three should be given carte blanche to run with the ball and dribble into the box at every possible opportunity. Look we scored three against Cardiff from dribbling into the box (BOS twice and Chair). I'm surprised that we haven't yet gotten a penalty off one of those runs but it has to be only a matter of time. Loving what I'm seeing and feel like it will only get better.

Are you saying they're being stifled by our tactical set up in some way?
BOS on 08:53 - Jan 6 with 811 views | jonno | In my view, it's absolutely vital that we keep BOS. Not only that, but that we find another BOS type player to play on the other wing (whether from within the Club or externally), to balance the side. If I were MW, for next season, I would be looking to sell Eze and Manning, sign Amos, Wells and Hugill and a couple of proper fullbacks. Then, with BOS on one side, another BOS type on the other wing, Hugill/Wells as striker, with a mdfield of Chair, Amos and Ball, with a stronger back four, plus utility players such as Cameron to plug any gaps, I reckon that would be a guaranteed top six side, maybe even automatic promotion.
