because the EFL are daft and won't allow owners to invest money in clubs anymore?
Rules are different in the prem but if he wants to put his money in not sure what the problem is. Not really any different to how we've been bankrolled and kept out of admin for the last 12 years just on a bigger scale for them | | | |
