Paid for them Thursday, confirmation sent to email but nothing through and on my login to show bar codes.
Thanks for replying, anyone know anything then I would be grateful.
Thought they would have sent a follow up email with digital tickets consisting of a bat code. | |

Hiya mate, they sent them via email to either scan off phone or print.
Would imagine you could just open email and just screenshot and use the barcode off that to get in. | |

I am taking my 6yr old so I plan to use both barcode off my phone so I would say yes to what you are asking.

My iphone hasn't got the spec to download the new Swans app but my wife's phone has, so I was able to download the app, set up my account on her phone and hey presto in the Jacks section - view your matchday tickets - both season tickets are there, and ticket for the Argyle match arrived this morning. Asked the ticket office this via email and days later Luke informs me that they have already told us in a communication that tickets are release 48 hours prior to match day.
Better have a smart phone and / or a printer to hand..... |  |

No not me either , sadly its the way the worlds going to go, and I am sure along the way therell be loads of hic ups doing things this way, only the other day several banks etc were having issues.
I was involved in a new system being implemented , chaotic it was , nearly drove me up the wall, emails etc not being received, and then people issues not doing it correctly etc.
Just wait till theres a game and theres a glitch in the system! if not at Swansea, one of the big clubs. |  | | |
