Thanks for posting Brian. Early days but isn't it good to see the training ground finally being built.

Snail porridge. There’s no need, is there?

Did I ever mention that I was in Minder?

I would have thought it counts as a brownfield site as we’re developing an existing sports ground.

Looks like we are going in for self sufficiency. Wonder what crops are being planted?

Gosh I hope they don't let Barbet practise his freekicks on the pitches closest to that busy road!

Great to see work underway, what a fantastic thing it will be for the club once done.

Of course I wouldn’t be the slightest bit interested in, or spend far too much time watching, a live 24 hour webcam feed thingy. No….cos that would be just a bit tragic.

Think we've found a use for ReCast at last.

Deffo wouldn’t have that on in the background whilst I’m working from home. That would be too saaaaaaaad.

Close to Heathrow as well. So, any international players can be fast impressed with the facilities and quickly signed up.

I notice some small bus stop them from the prem has a training ground nearby as well. From Google photo's it seems a bit of lame training ground set-up. Make shift tents and all.

zzzzzzzzzz

We should send Hendrix down there - that man's got time on his hands and knows the trade.

Let him get to know a few of the workers, couple of hours of filming of an afternoon, back by 5 o'clock. Three times a week should be enough for us to stay on top of developments - send all receipts for fry ups and petrol to Clive.

Bit of useless trivia for you , the pitches were already fa standard when it was BA run so these pitches are going to be good

Poll: Now it’s slightly clearer cut who do you want as manager ?

I assume this counts as a spade in the ground?

Nice to see it modelled on the early 90's Ellerslie Road side of the pitch, a fine nod to club tradition.

I thought I read the same? The growing season for grass (at least on the construction projects I've been on) doesn't usually start until March, so even with lamps that seems a very tight programme.

btw: I had to edit my post to take out your poster name as I was getting an 'unacceptable language' message! Odd!
