I also think he should've replaced Austin. That industry a bit more centrally would've replaced what we lost with Amos, and personally I thought Austin could barely move

I thought he'd put himself about, run his channels etc, but his job was as done as it was gonna be. I totally buy into the sports science that Warbz relies on, but to my eye test, it didn't look like Willock was the one that needed a break

Like pretty much everyone else, I've been saying his role is to come off the bench late to sneak a goal - in which case he just goal hangs - or, give someone a break - has a bit of a jog if he's up to it.

If he plans to continue playing, I can see him coming to an abrupt physical halt during a game in about 18 months time and thereafter, ceasing to run altogether.

In his first stint with us he was like an extra centre half defending corners, but he's now quite good at winding the oppo up and galvanising; admirable traits when looking to put a promotion push together.
