Manning evens, the next closest is 6/1 Appleton and Campbell, so it appears like some people haven't read the Dave Mc tweet).

Tomasson is the big mover up to 12/1.

Don't mind the 3 mentioned here. Not sure who the foreign Managers could be.

Smells like a trout farm in here

It's a cryptic clue from Dave that Pep has thrown his hat into the ring, nailed on.

Spoke to a Dons fella this evening and he says Manning personal terms is all done and only waiting on compensation to be agreed

Appleton come in a lot to 4/1. Manning remains very much the favourite. Campbell hanging around like a bad smell.

The comments after the article are funny. First rants about Campbell and sherwood, ignoring that the article says they aren’t in the running. The second thinks Ian wright would be a popular choice

In the spirit of rumour schmumour I bumped into a mate in a West London pub yesterday who knows someone who knows someone and he said Jon Dahl Tomasson is a serious contender.

Sounds nailed on to me!

I think this is the first time where most of our main candidates are younger than me.

My wife and I were out with friends last night at a local restaurant, and got talking to a couple. The chap’s wife said to mine, we’re having a long weekend in France before my hubby takes over the reins at QPR next week.

I didn’t recognise him at first, but turned out to be a nice bloke. Oh, and if you were wondering why the odds on former Millwall midfielder, Terry Hurlock have shortened this morning, that’s to reflect the lump I’ve put on.

I hear the drums echoing tonight
But she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation
She's coming in, 12:30 flight
The moonlit wings reflect the stars that guide me towards salvation
I stopped an old man along the way
Hoping to find some old forgotten words or ancient melodies
He turned to me as if to say
"Hurry boy, it's waiting there for you"

It's gonna take a lot to drag me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I’m taking the reins down in South Africa Road

Predictably, Ainsworth now the fave.

Love him, but think it will end in tears.

I think this is 2+2 = 5 the odds merely reflect that some people have put a bet on him as soon as the result came in.

If the remit is a Head Coach who is going to develop young talent and build on the "foundations" and identity set by Warburton, I cannot see how Ainsworth fits that job description.

He plays direct football, is a "manager/motivator" and his sides are full of older players

Deserves his chance at the club he loves but I cannot see Les going for him

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

Yep, but if our plan is to carry on with Warbsball with a squad that knows Warbsball, which of them is more like Warbsball?

So we get rid of a manager because he can't get us out the championship for a manager that can't get his team out of L1?
I'm not sure even our owners will go for that.
