The 2 were quite similar and interesting.
We seem to have developed a professional approach to recruitment, with the manager, Belk, Les and Lee all agreeing on the way forward.
We won't get it always right as players don't always settle or perform as expected, but we seem to be heading the right way. Given our limited budget that is some achievement.
