Its really bad, agree. Bland and a total puff piece after puff piece. They must love passing that off as something of interest. Its more about promoting the presenters or the player as celebs than the you know ... football.
They could easily hire a few of these online analysts to give us a proper breakdown of matches and players. Give them a few quid for some of their interesting research work. You know to give us great insight into you know the .. football! But no, it's all a bland load of cobblers, which we have seen a thousand times before.
It's a show for little 10-year-old Jimmy, who loves his Chelscum and hears stories about how they won the Prem with his dad's idol, John Terry. Jimmy watches it in the clubhouse TV after playing for his local Saturday team (on astro) whilst his dad claims he watches it, but is really at the bar to get away from the misses and to bemoan a contradiction on how Chelscum have wasted billions on bad players and should win more, but have the audacity to charge him too much so, he cannot afford a ticket anymore.
Then he drives Jimmy home (over the limit) in his work car, a black cab to fall asleep until its dinner time and MOTD.
