Myles, Moss, Hogan, Tutonda, Burger, Humbles, Pettit, Allarakhia, Rodney, Barlow, Amantchi.

Subs:Lillis, Hosannah, Pritchard, East, McBride, Done, Henderson

And no early subs made. Pitch actually looks to be playing ok.

Missing good chances continues.

Its a BRILLIANT goal to cap a BRILLIANT start by Rochdale - Don Goodman 26/08/10

Good play from Pritchard for Burger’s goal.

Brackley and Tamworth both winning 2-0, looking like we’ll be almost certainly be out.

Quite an enjoyable watch online.

I thought Amantchi had a decent 90 minutes, and probably deserved his MoM award. Pettit was excellent in the first half, and Burger looked good when switched to midfield at Halftime.

Also a shout-out to Tom Myles, who was excellent throughout, and kept out a hat trick of potential own goal miscues from Hogan!

Myles man of the match for me, some brake keeping and good saves, especially the 1v1 save.

600+ there for a freebie night, appreciate many don’t value this competition but the club and BJ do.

90 mins competitive football for a number of players not in the first 11. 45 mins for Pritchard back from injury. Debut for Hosannah (welcome, go mark this man mountain Everton have just brought on). All good stuff

Agree it was a good match to watch from the office chair at home. Great to see many of the less prominent members of the squad and to be honest none of them let us down. We have good back up in the building.

NB... True what the commentators said "Hogan has had more efforts on goal than all the Everton forward line"

Like the old reserve games of yore. Gave a few of ours a run out in a meaningless competition that the club gets some financial benefit from.

Very cold watching from the Main Stand, and the iciness transferred to the pitch causing a few slips on the surface. Hope the frost covers are on tonight.

The return of Pritchard and Petit starting the game at Tamworth is a massive bonus and it will increase the competition for places now. Two quality footballers who will make a real difference and even elevate our performances further. I'm hoping Pritchard can also contribute with a few goals, he looked very good in the pre-season friendlies. These are the type of players who can make a real difference in the big games, Pritchard in partiicular as he proved at Oldham last season.

The full return of Tutonda was a bonus as was a cameo appearance by Hosannah who is literally like a new signing if he stays fit.
