Any point welcome Im assuming this week Vitor will do the following ,albeit without his coaching chums; 1.Have our keeper shout and control his defenders instea of staying schtum 2.Get full backs to mark and tackle opponents rather than allow them free passage . They can also head the ball 3.Get hold of Widdell and ensure he stays focussed throughout he game . We need his enthusiam 4. Tell Fulton, thanks but start lookin g for another club 5.ditto with Cullen 6. Look at young B Wales and ponder why he was one of our first signings .Not ready,Cullen is ! 7. Understand fully that whilst not a"big club, neither are we small and thousands have walked away over recent years and are desperate to see something that will enthuse them again . This club is loved the world over . 8.When ahead,go for the throat 9. Dont pass sideways if at all possible. It invites trouble 10. Get Eom onto solid foods

Please add to Point 10: and give him a left foot. Plus: 11. Add an O to 'Ronald' and sell him to a Premier League Club. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Until we can offload,he should be deployed right side Every opponent knows he can only step inside to have a "shot" Matos has to be brave We need real change and that means having two new full backs or until then, changing to three at the back . Casey Cabango and Burgess should be solid enough we have loads of midfielders and a real striker who should not be taken off unless hes buggered . Hes lethal and has to stay on the field we can do this

Franco needs a rest. Bring in Widell. I would add Yalcouyé to that although he has been injured hence no inclusion. Why not ? With five at the back, Tymon on one side even Galbraith on the other giving more to the midfield. Inoussa needs a good run but he’s being played on the right to allow Eom to be included. Inoussa prefers the left or attacking midfield. Drop Franco, Cullen and Ronald, at the moment they are causing us more problems than solutions.

Innoussa to me has flattered to deceive rather disappointing in his recent performances . He has to lose this "falling over business in the hope he is going to get a free kick.." Refs are not buying it stay on your feet that way we have 11 players affecting the game. Also I am not 100 % certain he is match fit he seems to run out of steam. 1-1 [Post edited 1 Dec 21:04]

(even if his play-acting probably resulted in the wide-open space for their 1st goal).

We’ve got to pass the ball quicker and not get caught and dispossessed by keeping hold of it too long or running up blind alleys Turnovers always end up hurting us

If you want to see running at defences watch the Man City Fulham game tonight .Absolute bonkers game . Really impressed with Fulhams running . 5 -1 down and came back to 5-4 !

Missed it, not really into PL football ATM , for some reason i watched the Dons..... i do believe that direct running at the other sides is the way , memories of Micky Conway Robbie, Penney , Anderson ...defenders panic, just look at ours!
| Swansea City v Oxford United : Match day thread on 11:22 - Dec 3 with 1310 views | Demitrius | The way I saw it was Fulham were not making any meaningful runs until they were 3-0 down. I remarked to the bloke next to me in the pub that it reminded me of the Swans as the ball was taken to the City box then passed around and eventually back to the keeper. The half-time subs and teamtalk obviously changed Fulham's approach and they kept at it even at 5-1 down and could have salvaged a draw. | |

Fulham have introduced a couple of very good youngsters into their squad . They are starting to look really menacing on the counter .Exciting times for them . Man City were desperate for the final whistle last night.
| Swansea City v Oxford United : Match day thread on 14:36 - Dec 3 with 1080 views | Azzuriswan | If a week is long enough to instil the new manager systems in to our players I think we will be celebrating a win on Saturday...or at least a draw. In the short term perhaps he will want our loan players back to see if any of the youngsters are capable of helping to save our Titanic from slipping in to the abyss | | | |

Some of the loanees are not even starting for their clubs. I doubt they would be an upgrade on what we have.

I feel I have to say this, after watching utter $hit from them for weeks and weeks. If the players don’t show proper commitment for the shirt on Saturday, especially with a new manager and hopefully his assistants, then it’s getting close to loosing the faith. I’m sick to death of watching Ronald McDonald not beating a man, and kicking his “cross” straight at whoever’s in front of him. Key giving the ball away, not covering back, and when he does, he’s the wrong side of his man, leaving a huge space where he should have been, EOM getting pushed off the ball The general schoolboy defending by our defence, midfield not controlling midfield, and last but not least no (or hardly) any shots at goal. IE. WBA 26 us 3. FFS give us a win !!

I share your pain, its getting close a point of not going. Some will say support the club and support the team, but its bloody hard work.
