Excellent interview.

Never knowingly right.

Excellent interview.

I was only thinking the other day that you don’t see players asked questions like you used to see in ‘Shoot’ magazine ie favourite food, player, what car do you drive etc etc. They’re just a bit of fun but a good way of avoiding the dull cliches that players spew up as a result of media training.

Loftus? Someone tell him, it's doing my nut in every time he says it.

Fair play on the West Ham Fess up.....he actually doesn't sound like much of a supporter, so no need to worry about Hammer tattoos

Talking of ‘Shoot’ here’s a copy from June 1984 with a double page feature on QPR. Enjoy the trip down memory lane…

Everyone is now calling it Loftus. It is weird.

"Ronnie discusses his perm..."

What a swizz.

He only talks about his hair for a minute (unless Barnet counts).

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Kids innit. Central London is now 'in central'.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

As an avid reader of Shoot and Match from years gone by, I thought good questions to ask young ladies in order to woo them, was to ask them what their favourite colour was. i soon learnt that that was a waste of time !!!

We also need an emojji for Loftus too.....

Nice interview by Mr Hoopsa....

Ronnie is one laid back dude..

Ah amazing cheers! 83-84 was my first season as a football fan.

I always more of a Match man than shoot though.

Poll: How old is everyone on here?

Page 28 (I think):

'Jim Smith's rocket to Brock'

"becoming increasingly frustrated with Brock - who had the talent to go right to the top but lacked the attitude to go with it."

Oh, the irony!

"The opposite of love, after all, is not hate, but indifference."
Poll: Player of the Year (so far)

'Laid back' mentally and physically.
Good to watch an interview where the answers were not of the usual rehearsed type; they were entirely natural.
He seems to me to be just the sort of player that - according to his reputation - JS will develop successfully.
Thanks Conor. Enjoyed that.
