For me this is a whole album as opposed to one song: this may be heresy, but I actually prefer Dub Side of the Moon to the original!

For anybody who remembers Nick Drake a tributes album The Endless Coloured Ways came out 2 years ago. Many ND songs redone by modern artists, including Fontaines DC and Aldous Harding.
The highlight for me was From The Morning by Let's Eat Grandma

Completely different is Saxon doing a cover of She's Like The Wind, the Christopher Cross soppy ballad.

There are soooooo many to choose from. I think covers seem to be either really good or schit, nothing inbetween!


The extended version is the best one of this song as it blends from 'Tainted Love' into 'Where DId Our Love Go';

This is a brilliant cover of a 1964 song by Hamilton Camp. It appeared on an album called Church Street Blues by American guitarist Tony Rice. The Punch Brothers covered the whole album a few years ago, and this is my favourite track from that album.

A friend of mine sent them a very speculative demo tape months back. Then recently they contacted him and hired him as their lead guitarist and backing singer! He's having the time of his life now.
