This is spot on. It’s better for the club and the players to move them on when we don’t think they’ll quite reach the level.

If you look at the team that started the game we still have:
Kieran Morgan - big season ahead re: his future
Daniel Bennie - still a fan
Emerson Sutton - hype has died down a fair bit
Matteo Salamon - don't know enough
Are Putman and Wilkie still around? Both are 20 though so time will be up soon if not left already.
The team that started vs Dulwich Hamlet looks a little more promising in terms of potential first team players.
I like Pearlman and Alemayehu , and Scarlett looks to have the raw ingredients. Club has put out pieces about pro deals for Sanyaolu and Adjetey-Brew but not convinced.

Tuck and Esquerdinha were the best players in that cohort (putting Morgan aside because he was basically a first teamer). One is gone and the other almost certainly on his way. The jump is huge.
