I'll update this as we go along so we have a complete overview in the main post and don't have to scroll about to find everything. Would have liked to add transfer fees also to get an idea where are are as a nett result, but those are pure speculation and we'll never get that right.
Biggest nett result here is probably that we have freed up quite a bit of room on the payroll. As it stands, a significant trimming of "potential" playing capacity.

No unfortunately you generally only get a percentage of the profits from the sale not the revenue and they sold him for less than they paid us for him.

But beyond that, I'd like to see the stats on whether having a greater number of previously promoted players is an advantage. Because by definition, those players aren't good enough for the division above. Those who are tend to stay there. It's the latter you want, before they've made the step up. .
In theory some experience added with the addition of Kamara, but not sure if that counts if he hasn't actually played much recently. Nonetheless, potentially a strong addition.

Just looked at his stats, and he is certainly not looking like he will provide many goals, has only ever scored playing for a strong team in Scotland.. Promising that the video interview with him shows him walking unaided and looking injury free.

I found this question interesting and don't want to do any real work so I had a brief look, could have overlooked a few.
Promotions in current QPR squad where player was a regular:
Calum Ward (Weymouth, 2019-20, National League South) Paul Smyth (Leyton Orient, 2022-23, League 2) Boy Kemper (NAC Breda, Eerste Divisie 2023-24) Koki Saito (Yokohama FC, J2 League 2019)
Personally, I'm eager to see how Calum Ward's experience with Weymouth propels us to the Premier League.

Am slightly concerned by relative lack of outgoings.
Lakarche (feel a bit sorry for him) and Esquire clearly now surplus.
Adamson too probably.
Morgan you feel needs a loan at least.
Plus one of Kolli (if not wanted), Lloyd and the Coventry ghost is surely surplus.
I thought we were more or less done with transfers but Nourry seems to be coming on hard and hot for more.
If we bring in yet further additions probably there will need to be even more departures. Otherwise aren't we creating an accountancy ticking time bomb, at least in the absence of a big sale?

We definitely need another central midfielder. And I think we probably will sign one more before end of the window. I think Lloyd will stay if Kolli goes.

Pretty much how I see it. While I'm really pleased with signings and those sales we still haven't got that really quality CM who will make difference between top 10 and top 6.
