Whats going on!!!!
I've been ashamed of our home support the last maybe 5 or 6 games. what has happened. I usually sit in X Block and even against chelsea we were quiet.

Its a lot easier to generate a lot of atmosphere when the team is playing well and winning week in week out. Loftus Road has always been really quiet whent he team in on a downward slide. |  |

I sit in R block so the atmosphere always sounds good with P & Q blocks too, but that could be misleading. Maybe If I sat in SAR it would be different.

Yep the atmosphere's still pretty much always great in P, Q and R Blocks, as usual, but the rest of the ground is often a morgue! This season I've also sat in H Block (not one peep all match from our fans there) and X Block in the last game. No atmosphere there whatsoever, but think mainly cos their fans were impressive for once and the fare out on the pitch was so dire. I myself held my head in my hands most of the game.. |  |

Ellerslie are the only ones who make noise I'm afraid but we keep getting mugged off by away fans this season, 'kin Premier League.
Also can we get rid of that feckin drum? Makes us look small time. |  | | |

No atmosphere against Fulham in X block? Really? Seemed OK to me!

Funnilly enough, I can never hear anything from the other end of Ellerslie when in there but everyone tells me how noisy P, Q and R are. Always seems to be only X block singing! |
The only real attempts in X Block (apart from 'statue of a paedophile', loved that one!) was random groups of 4 or so that tried getting something started. I kept joining in but no-one else seemed to bother! 
And I got some funny looks all around me when I launched a one man foul-mouthed tirade at those Fulham to$$sers mid-way through the 2nd half  | |

the "drum" is meant to help...ok, when qpr have a corner, especially loft end, it's ALWAYS BEEN "COME ON YOU R'S"...then the drum beats out "rangers,rangers"??? so 2 different songs both fade out. not the drum's fault but surely not rocket science.

We are usually in Ellerslie Rd, in block V or W and the atmosphere in there is very poor. It is generally quiet, unless they are moaning! | | | |

Funny you should say that as with hindsight, I didn't go back upstairs for the second half, got some beers and watched it downstairs as the the stairs up to our seats were full of people he wouldn't move!!!!  So you are right, although I thought there was a bit more singing in the first half. My mate went mental at the ginger bloke who rapidly calmed down when he reaqlised!  | |

I'm in q block and the atmos has varied from ok to excellent. Having a player sent off in the first half of three if the last four games has obviously not helped as has going behind early doors to man u, sunderland and fulham. However, we have generally been very tolerant considering what we have had to watch recently. Got to give it some tomorrow as if it were a cup final, have to win and we can help. | | | |
