I've got Apple TV for movies etc and they download to my iPad , brilliant yes but I've so many movies on there now the memory is full, anyone have the same issues and what's options are Aval to me ? Thinking some sort of portable hard drive maybe |  |

I've got one of these (still need to set it up). It's your own personal cloud, no need for subscriptions etc., set it up at home and files can be accessed anywhere in the world with an app on your device.
Not just for movies, but anything can be stored.

As the wifi is between the hard drive and the ipad it doesn't rely on the internet, which the MyCloud option above does.
I think it's actually better to have it wireless as it saves having yet more cables to carry around, plug in etc.
Can be used on multiple devices wheras usb sticks with micro usb/lightning connectors can only be used on one.
I have a wifi SD card in my camera. Really good as i leave the camera on for a few minutes (ensuring power svae is off) and connect my ipad to it meaning i can download pictures straight to my tablet to then further work on, upload to facebook etc.

IMO that wireless HD is your best bet (might even get one myself!).
Can turn it on and leave it in your bag while using your pad. | | | |
