Not really. First league game is in 6 weeks.

I saw him in Kew Bridge on Saturday with Jamie Mackie and family. Didn't want to bother Robinson but do wish we knew whether he was going.

Wouldn't surprise me if Sylla and Oteh under new management might be better than anything we can afford this summer... it's not like we can sit here and conclusively say we know their limits, is it? Fair bit of untapped potential behind them too. [Post edited 25 Jun 2018 12:36]

Agree with this. Got to make do with what we have: Sylla Smith Oteh Washington The top 2 could get 10 - 15 goals a season if they play regularly. Then you need goals from the attacking midfielders. I dont think anyone will buy Washington. Got to get used to shopping in the bargain basement boys.... Two new CB's are vital though.

It will probably be the week after that that the team begin the coaching and training side of things.

Spot on. We have plenty of strikers -- and you missed wee little Smyth off that list. Its defenders where we need some bolstering -- especially central defense.

I honestly think with Smyth, Smith and Sylla we have 3 players who can bag us a fair few goals, add that to the goals the midfield get and we should be ok going forward, I expect Freeman and Eze to get a few this season. My main concern is the back 4 especially CB as we are so weak in that area and need players in asap

Giles Philips is mentioned, so that’s 1 less CB we need !

Had anyone seen him play? Is it both first team and under 23s training??

Thought he should have got a few games last season especially when we had no CB’s, that said, he looked a bit stale by the end of the season, but I put that down to a lack of progression.

Going to be a long job getting the splinters out of his arse if they do progress any further. Peru will be desperate to sign off with a win after not appearing at the WC for so long. They can only dream of having qualifying as easy as Australia. Wouldn't bet against Denmark getting something off France either, suits both of them to play out a friendly draw. Not at all sure about this mint and black to be honest. Errea have gone a bit off piste. I think we're lucky to still have blue and white hoops for the home shirt.
