Not sure if we have any family silver left at Loftus Road, but whatever it is, trophies (plural?), chest medallion from Flavio, Tony's cufflinks, just sell it and keep Charlie.

Shows what this team is capable of

Sorry to end this sentence with a preposition

Shame we will never get to see Charlie perform in front of a KPFS full house; unless we can loosen the purse strings

This team showed they can be good and deserve a lot of praise for keeping up the pressing and passing for most of the 90 minutes. Kane had his best game of the season and I've thought in the last couple of games his defending had been better, getting tighter on wingers. Tonight his crossing was also better but not necessarily as good as the Sky commentators thought.

Johansen looked rusty, but showed potential. Wallace came through his first game back pretty well considering. Charlie is, of course, our hero, but I thought (I never thought I'd say this) Dom Ball was man of the match. Perhaps I'm losing my grip but I thought his passing was much better, he got in tackles (often clumsy, a yellow card waiting to happen), made interceptions and drove the team forward. He's always positive and energetic and maybe has a bit more skill than we'd thought.

But I'll wait to see what Clive thinks!
