I know we've a postie or two on here. Denmark stopping letter deliveries after this year. Posties have been a lifeline to many folk over the years. Even some folksongs written about 'em - “what a wonderful man the postman is” and, “ the post has got to get through” Hope it won't be the same here, but I expect it will be. |
 | Forum Thread | Can anybody help me to buy by milot35 at 15:01 6 Mar 2025
Hi everyone, I’m Minwoo. I’m planning to attend the QPR home match against Leeds on March 15th with a friend from South Korea. I registered on the website to purchase tickets, but I noticed that a newly registered client is not permitted to buy tickets. I would greatly appreciate it if someone here could assist me in purchasing two tickets. I’m willing to pay the ticket price and any applicable service fees. :) |
 | Forum Thread | Fuller’s demise? by colinallcars at 11:36 6 Mar 2025
Following on from DM's thread about London Pride’s deterioration, I had occasion to visit the Distillers in Hammersmith. I was given a (short) pint of Pride which was thin and ice cold. I thought I'd get HSB or ESB next but then saw that of the six handpumps, Pride was the only Fuller's ale. I remember when they sold the brewing arm to Asahi, they said they'd guarantee to stock Fuller's for five years. Is the five years up ? What's it like in the C&S? |

Watching PSG v Liverpool and PSG just had a perfectly good goal chalked off because his heel was offside. Getting fcking ridiculous and ruins the joy of football. Makes me glad we’re not in the Prem. Rant over |
 | Forum Thread | Sat 22 March - QPR History Day and Memorabilia Fair by Martin63 at 22:51 4 Mar 2025
Just over 2 weeks to go to the first QPR History Day and Memorabilia Fair on Saturday 22 March in the Forever Rs bar. Doors open at 10.30am. Two new books will be launched - Francis Peacock's much awaited book on the Terry Venables era and the club's book on Loftus Road "Our Stadium Our Home". There will also be mini stadium tours and a Subbuteo tournament so please put the date in your diaries. It's the international break weekend. I am delighted to say that Michael Wale will be joining us to draw the winning raffle tickets. Prizes include signed photos of Stan Bowles, Rodney Marsh and Phil Parkes. There will be nine memorabilia dealers joining us plus seven book authors with their books, including Rangers fan Mark Adolph and his book "Growing up with Subbuteo". Mark is Peter Adolph's son - the inventor of Subbuteo. Four fans will also be selling programmes, shirts, handbooks, stickers and cards. Profits from the day will go to Extra Time, the Community Trust's initiative started in 2009 designed to help to get local residents aged over 65 together. |
 | Forum Thread | The Beatles were a bit crap... by izlingtonhoop at 21:18 4 Mar 2025
Everyone has their off moments... For me, Rubber Soul has two duff'ns. What Goes On, disjointed drivel. And the plain nasty Run for Your Life. Yesterday, annoys me a fair bit too. Fellow Beatles admirers, which track(s) have you reaching for the skip button, whilst otherwise loving the Fab Four? |
 | Forum Thread | Injury Update by aston_hoop at 17:39 4 Mar 2025
The club would like to provide supporters with an injury update as we head into the final 11 fixtures of the 2024/25 season. All timelines are subject to the players continuing on their current rehabilitation paths. Unfortunately, Sam Field sustained an ankle injury following a tackle in our fixture at Portsmouth on February 22nd. The midfielder will now start a rehabilitation process with a projected return to full fitness in 6-9 weeks. Rayan Kolli has been sidelined for the past fortnight but is on course to rejoin full training with the squad by the middle of March. Žan Celar has been working hard to overcome the hamstring injury he sustained in our home fixture against Norwich in December. The striker is progressing well and is increasing his loading as he works towards rejoining team training. Jake Clarke-Salter is continuing his early rehabilitation following surgery on a hip injury in January. The defender is making good early progress. Harvey Vale is progressing through his early rehab work as part of his recovery from his lower back injury. Next month he is expected to start phase two of his rehab which will be focusing on his physical development in preparation to return to pitch-based rehab in April. |

Always amazes me when I see people paying more than £7 for a bottle of 3.4 percent Carlsberg. Even more so now my.wife has told me that Tesco have 18 bottles for £9!!! Bonkers. |
