The point I have been trying to make for years thank you . Pretty simple really right side corner delivered inswinging under bar by left footed player see Norwich first half barrage . Left side hammered inswinging by right footed player causing mass panic resulting in penalties, goals etc. QPR take outswingers resulting in fast break attacks towards our goal with all our defenders behind the play after scratching their balls waiting to attack our corners which never drop on their heads |

We are shockingly poor at all deliveries but have no problems giving up goals to the opposition week after week.from theirs Norwich looked like Arsenal/England in that first half curving corners under our bar and causing mass panic and we all saw the results |

At 1 -1 I was happy as were our fans and both Tyler and Andy on comms so I walked outside stood on my porch watching the snow falling knowing the klusterfcuk that would bring (8 inches at days end) then headed back in. Almost immediatly we gave up 2 pub league goals ( apart from that stunning finish) and then pretty much threw in the towel and like most mentioned should have been dow by 4 at halftime. On to next week lets hope for better |

Excellent report on a very frustrating game for all the fans and maybe a few players .I had so much hope for a 3 game sweep after watching how much Fun Jimmy Dunne and Paul Smythe were having in that interview post Blackburn win .Pathetic effort regardless of fatique or motivation. Speaking of motivation Bonnie Blue got Fcuked by 1000 men in 1 day in the Netflix Doc that I watched just for educational purposes of course |

Unpopular opnion here but he was very poor yesterday and partly responsible for a couple of their goals plus a few of close escapes we had also.Verane was worse but survived longer he should have been another half time removal. Shame about his injury though he is very durable while taking a lot of punishment and yesterday was no different another head clash he shook off. Have to put that loss behind us and turn the page |

We had lots of energy after getting back to 1-1 but shocking defending and open door policy from our poor midfield finished us off .And that was only the first half did not see the second half so I cannot comment on that. Before they scored their second/winning goal a stupid needless corner was given up then Verane was clearly dragged down from first contact and we gave up the OG . The 3rd was a superb finish but the lead up to it was pathetic from us and it looks like we threw in the towel there and then. Very dissapointing to get nothing here |

Excellent pre view and a great call on the Oxford V Ipswich result btw most people had Ipswich winning that game. Slightly surprised to see you picking Norwich here but it might be you using that reverse psychology again it work nicely in October . We have to kick teams when they are down because we get kicked when we are facing top teams and a win here would be the cap to a great week |
 | Forum Reply | Smyth’s super sub act lifts QPR into top half – Report at 14:04 28 Nov 2025
Watch a lot of games on TV and this is pretty much never called across all leagues and Internationals .Cannot tell you the amount of times I have screamed/shouted/said penalty when Defenders simply overpower forwards or push them off the pitch down the slope even into advertising signs. I suspect the stupid handball rules that have really hurt defenders gives them license to get away with this otherwise the game will decend into a farce . Very dangerous of course a fully extended forwards leg trying to cross gets crushed by a sliding defender trying to kill him dead never ends well but its not going to be eliminated IMO |

The mystery is solved as to why there is no Ex Pats uploads this week you are back in the Motherland bringing good luck and a winning streak to QPR. Enjoy the trip and hopefully Trump/ICE will let you back into Boston |

Nice work I really love the Just Back threads but they seem to appear less and less nowadays. Short and sweet this one but we won and that elusive 9 point week we dream of is within reach now |

Beautiful description of both ROI and Scotland adventures there Clive its been some week and ROI got the best possible draw avoiding both Poland and Italy but got Denmarkin the final in Dublin should both teams advance of course .Good luck trying to get a ticket to that one . As for QPR this is another chance for JS to get his players back to our October form and a lot hinges around Chair influncing the game and attracting opposition players like he used to do, only now we have strikers to enjoy that open space. Lump it on Jimmy Dunne to score and keep that magic alive |

You can only beat the teams that in front of you and England have swept aside all of them and its not even his set in stone starting 11 yet .They are always a threat but next year they can win it all IMO unless the heat and humidity wear them out towards the end it will be merciless in July and August. Scotland kept plugging away and fot their reward fair play but that Danish defender had a Richard Keogh moment slicing that clearence right to Tierney he wont want to watch that again. Wales , NI and ROI are all in the qualifiers but could meet each other so there is probably no chance all the home Countries make it which would have been incredible. A great International window and like somebody posted watch Jimmy Dunne score a hatrick for us Saturday |

Getting into the US might be a breeze but there is games in Mexico and Canada as well and those might be more complicated . I assume England will be based in the US probably NY and hopefully ROI should they make it. The Irish fan base is massive over here as well as the Polish and Mexico so hopefully they take that into consideration if we make it |

Not sure if this is good news Brian I was mistakenly thinking it was just a home and away against the same team then the winner goes to America .Now its 2 cup finals with zero room for error but its a long time between now and March hopefully all the boys will be fit and ready to lay it on the line |

Magical last few minutes and yes the time wasting from a world class player Szoboszlai was laughable he really took the pi*s and got no yellow . Not sure I would want to have to make my way through their Ultras after that loss but fair play to Ireland they really answered the bell this week. QPR fans have to check out the celebration when Parrot took his shirt off and sprinted towards the bench with everybody chasing him.Jimmy Dunne nearly took out an Irish coach who was standing in disbelief its just superb Have to avoid Italy or Poland now but happy to be alive |

Not only the model Pro but an exceptional person off the field going off reports and his pride and passion playing for Ireland top class. Not having Ferguson to call on Sunday hurts us a bit after that battle Thursday we need fresh legs that can make a difference. Keep it tight and try and sneak a goal or play for the win from the start which we almost never do I say die on our shield and go for it its now or never |

Ronaldo elbowed the Irish defender in the back then on VAR review got red and mouthed off to the Irish manager that he had influnced the ref what a di*K . Jimmy got beaten a couple of times one that was really dangerous but lovely to see him being brought on in a pretty critical situation which ROI survived to fight until Sunday. Remember I promised my daughter I was taking her to an Irish game if they qualified for the WC next year ,that dream died after game 2 in Armenia but somehow still alive just magical for the next few days . |

As for the food very poor living on a small dairy farm so not much fancy stuff but my mother used to whip up that Dream Topping and it did not last long .Not sure if its still around but obviously will never match up to my memories |

Excellent report as usual and thankfully you ,we and QPR have 2 weeks to get away then back to October form hopefully and get on a winning streak. As mentioned many times before the live audience sees things way different than tv viewers and that is highlighted here . It looked to me that SU were going to pull out that win and not just when Tom Davis took over the game but earlier and giving Hamer MOM is very telling he kept us from losing 3 in the same week which would be miserable . Our attack is non existant and 1 goal can win games against us so that has to change right now. Enjoy the break |
