Agree with this especially that we could have made it a bit harder by having an extra midfielder.
On the point about free kicks, I think at half time, we had only had 17% possession but somehow Boro had fouled us 6 times (we had given away 3 fouls). Not only were they very good with the ball, but they were happy to commit fouls to stop us. |

Think the tactics/formation was wrong. The Boro fan Clive spoke to told us exactly what would happen and how they would play with the wingers being narrow and full backs providing the width. She also said that they tire in the 2nd half.
We needed to minimize the damage in the first 60 mins and try and play later. Probably needed another midfielder in there such as Hayden/Morgan and just one up front, low block and frustrate them. |

The flu currently working its way through my household and yes, the worst part was the cough and the build up of phlegm. Continually felt like I was going to vomit because of the phlegm.
Getting over it now - last week was the worst of it for me. |

A wonderful report on one of 'those' games.
When Brum equalised, I was just disappointed that we hadn't taken one of our other chances which would have made their goal nothing more than a consolation as I felt we deserved the win.
Great response from the team to go again and find the winner and the noise from the crowd was incredible!! |
