Ferdinand had years working for this club as DoF. We didnt really progress. Beale stitched him up though. The breakdown in relations between him and Warburton is the part where things started unravelling for Les imo. Beale should never have been given the job, but what could they do, they let our most consistent manager finish his contract and go. We didnt have a manager for months. |

Another fine report from the main man. Nice one Norf. It all feels so inevitable , like the Matrix, like we've been programmed to just do this. lose, win, but mostly lose, change manager. We cant break the cycle. Sometimes we get glitches in the matrix when Dunne or Cook decides to volley a goal in, but mainly its the same thing, every season. |

I dont really know how i think about the club atm. Its just the same every season, despite what manager and players we have. Even the change of the DoF / CEO doesnt seem to make much difference. I was willing to go along with Nourry and support his decisions but he obviously put some noses out of joint early doors, so faced an even bigger already existing uphill battle. Theres something wrong with the club behind the scenes, and its the absent owners. We're rudderless. They continue to plough money in to keep us alive but they keep employing people not experienced for their specific roles. So again, fans are calling out the manager, Players out of contracts, players injured with no cover, players phoning it in. It just seems a mess. Clearly Cifuentes isnt happy atm , but its been the same with every manager, always giving the impression they're trying to herd cats. Recruitment, attitude and general standards within the club are always called into question. Disappointing season, and feels like another missed opportunity with a decent manager. Still a few more games to go, and maybe we can string some decent results together and have something to build on for next season, but then again, maybe we wont. Like every other season. |

The first episode of Adolescence was heart wrenching . As a dad , i could really relate to a lot of it. Not an enjoyable experience , but it felt sincere. Episode 2 was average tv but the one take camera footage made it seem more dynamic. Predictable storyline. Episode 3 was gash. Just felt over the top, didnt ring true. and the psychiatrist made out she had Hannibal Lector on her hands. The last episode dragged on a bit but i was already invested in the parents story (see episode 1) so i went along with it. That phone call was heart breaking and the last scene got me choked up. Putting the knife crime storyline to one side, the thing that struck a chord with me was Grahams reactions to what his son was going through. Not easy being a parent in more ways than one. Kids online is a problem and it's good that a tv program tackled the issue. [Post edited 27 Mar 23:35]

Yeh, i think exactly the same when i drive past his old house. Its sickening actually. I didnt really have a massive problem with him when he first joined but after 10 years of watching his antics ,plus all the things said about him , i cant stand the bloke. His stint in prison was an easy stretch too, from accounts ive seen. His recent offerings on podcasts etc shows him up to be a first class C U Next Tuesday. He'll come unstuck somewhere down the line. [Post edited 26 Mar 0:24]

Those Back to mine were really good. I had Underworld's and the Audio Bullys . Looking on Discogs, it looks like Nick Warren done the very first one. Who knew? Btw that Charles Webster track has kicked in and a section of my brain is trying to make me trip out again. Mild flutters of psychedelic hallucinogenic memories, while the rest of my brain is telling me its currently midnight and i have to be up at 6 and go to work. Ffs |

Ah man !... sad news. RIP Blob. Condolences to his family and friends. Hope you're ok Scot1963. A mischief maker on here under his Blob username but always had a wicked sense of humour. Seemed a good soul. RIP Gareth |

If it wasn't for the recent injuries then Field would be in contention for me. Nardi is ever present, which from a QPR stand point , is a pretty big deal. I'd go Dunne. |

Is it that time of the season again when we start saying the owners need to go..Followed by they cant go , we need them paying £2 mill p/m. ? Could be worse, at least we're not Man U . |

Scrap the CC and Keep the ULEZ, why have both? Isnt it basically for the same thing? Less traffic, pollution, safer on the roads in public places..? London is just an island on its own that's sold everything of value and now cant look after itself, so charges the public to sustain itself. [Post edited 14 Mar 2:53]
