 Wednesday, 6th Jul 2011 12:30 The U's kick-off their pre-season friendlies tonight with a trip to Ryman Division One North side Maldon & Tiptree FC. The game kicks-off at 7.45pm and is being played at Park Drive, Maldon – the same venue for the U's home reserve fixtures. The game is United's only pre-season fixture before their trip to Holland next week. The full first team is expected to feature, with the exception of Magnus Okuonghae, who is being rested, having missed the latter half of last season following an operation. Admission prices for the game are just £5 for adults, £3 for under 12s and there is a family ticket (one adult and two under 12s) for £10.
