In his weekly Independent column today, Neil Warnock reveals Paddy Kenny has been fined and has apologised for his text rank towards QPR's Tony Fernandes and Mike Rigg.

Warnock also suggested that the demon drink may have had some influence on Kenny's behaviour, he wrote "I told him there is no problem with having a drink to celebrate a win like last Saturday's over Wolves but he must be aware of his responsibilities to the club and be careful where he is and what he is doing"

Yesterday evening, QPR Manager Mark Hughes called for the incident to be forgiven and forgotten.

How it got into the hands of the Daily Mail in the first place is anyone's guess?!

Paddy has also deleted his Twitter account, Warnock admits to not being a big "social media" fan but unlike his predecessor Simon Grayson has not gone the full distance and banned players from using it.
