 Monday, 15th Feb 2010 07:47 David Cotterill says he is still learning from Paulo Sousa after his third Swansea goal this weekend The Swansea City record buy had seemingly set his team on the way to a well deserved win over Newcastle at the Liberty only to see a late Andy Carroll goal cancel out his strike and ensure the points were shared. And despite his second goal in successive home games he is taking nothing for granted as far as a starting spot on Tuesday is concerned and says he is still learning the system he is being asked to play. “The gaffer has a lot of faith in all of his players so I will just have to see what happens." he told the Western Mail “If I’m not in the team I just have to stay confident and support the boys. “We are a tight group and I’m sure whoever plays will do a great job. “Paulo likes to rotate the squad because he believes in everyone. “That can be a good thing and we have a lot games coming up so, whatever he decides, I’m sure it’s for the best. “I’m still learning the system and the gaffer is always talking to me about the left wing position,” he said. “He knows the game inside-out and I just have to keep listening to him and become a better player from it. “I settled in with the lads straight away because I knew a few of them before and the rest are a great bunch. “But I still had to learn the way they play football because it’s completely different to other clubs I have been at. “I just have to take everything on board that the gaffer says.
