Orient is now sold out, but could they make more tickets available for Saints ?

Saints have now sold their entire allocation of 3,100 tickets for the visit to Leyton Orient, however this could create a headache for both supporters and the authorities.

Saints have been allocated the whole of the East Stand at Brisbane Road and will now have something approaching half of the anticipated crowd, however its going to be unreserved seating in the stand meaning that it could get chaotic as kick off approaches, so the advice is get there early.

However with many Saints supporters planning to go for the day out and many having missed out on tickets for the game, there could be a swarm of Saints supporters trying to pay into home sections or simply staying in the pub, both could be problems for the police.

The answer would be for Orient to perhaps consider making another stand available for Saints supporters, this season Orient have struggled to get much past 5,000 in a 9,000 capacity stadium, even accounting for away fans, the visit of Charlton earlier in the season saw 3,000 away fans in a gate of 7,376, that still left 2,000 empty seats, with both stands behind the goal seating only 1,400 and surely usually sparse, would it not be of benefit to all concerned, including Orient's bank account to consider utilising at least part of one of these stands for Saints fans.

Probably this is too simple an option, but it does make sense and is surely easier for the Police and stewards if Saints supporters are kept in one place rather than be dotted in home areas, or getting drunk in the pub.
