Fabo Borini has declared Monday's game as Swansea's very own Champions League final

The Swansea City striker is on loan from Chelsea and will get the chance on Monday to fire the Swans to a meeting with his parent club next season - a parent club that he will leave during the close season.

Parma have already declared that they have done a deal for him but the Swans have not given up hope on keeping Borini should they get promotion but for now the striker is focused totally on Monday's game.

He told the Western Mail “Inside of me it’s a great feeling to know I will get to play at Wembley

“Just two days earlier they will play the Champions League final there, which is the most important game in Europe.

“For us this is our Champions League final. It is great.

“I went to Wembley to watch Chelsea and saw Burnley beat Sheffield United there.

“Every time I watched a game at Wembley, my eyes were nearly crying. There is such a great atmosphere.

“It will be amazing to play there.

“My future now is all about Wembley. All the rest will come afterwards.

“I won’t think about anything else now apart from the game.

“I’ve played international games but never finals, this is my first one since I have been in England.

“I have played U19 European Championships and in the Champions League with Chelsea but they will be nothing compared to a Wembley final.

“I feel 100% part of the team and part of the group.

“If we win I will be very happy to be part of this group because we made history.

“It’s been a great season and to finish with a Wembley final is the best I can get.

“I’m feeling really good, and confident, that’s the most important thing,” said the 20-year-old. “We absolutely 100% believe we can win the game and go up.

“We are a good team. The way we play football, we keep it on the ground and don’t want to just kick it long, it’s a different way from everyone else in the Championship.

“I knew I wanted to have this kind of experience when I came to Swansea. I said I would score five goals and I got six.

“It’s better than a dream because a dream sometimes doesn’t come true.”
