The fixture list for the new season is out and the U's will start at home to Oldham Athletic on Saturday 9th August. The first away league game will be seven days later at Bristol City on Saturday 16th August.

The season will end home to Preston North End on Saturday 2nd May and the final away game will be versus Fleetwood Town on 25th April - the U's first trip to the Highbury Stadium.

Over the festive period the opposition will be Yeovil Town (away) on Saturday 20th December, Gillingham (home) on Boxing Day, Crawley Town (away) on Sunday 28th December, and MK Dons (home) on the Saturday 3rd January.

Lastly, localish away days (not already mentioned) will be games played at Gillingham on Saturday 21st March, Leyton Orient on Saturday 13th September, MK Dons on Saturday 29th November and Peterborough on Saturday 10th January.
