A touch of Hollywood glamour came to Elland Road on Thursday.

Austin Powers star Verne Troyer visited Elland Road on Thursday and could not resist a photo-opportunity with Massimo Cellino.

Troyes, who plays "mini me" who in the Austin Power's movies is under the command of Dr Evil clearly looked at ease in the Elland Road boardroom alongside the Leeds president and majority shareholder.

Earlier this week Cellino came under fire from supporters after going public over the Sam Byram contract-row claiming that the Leeds right-sider wants to move to a bigger club.

Many fans believe Cellino is orchestrating a campaign to smear Byram's reputation and make it look like the youngster is engineering a move away from the club.

Rumours are rife that Byram rejected a new deal which would see him take a pay-cut. His current deal expires in June next year and Cellino has bullishly said that he would not welcome an unlikely U-Turn from the player and was already drawing up a list of replacements.

Cellino has assumed the role of Chief Executive following Adam Pearson's decision to stand-down last week but today took time out to pose with the American actor who has also appeared in the Harry Potter films and an Arsenal shirt at the Emirates some time ago.

However it appears that Leeds have captured his heart as this was his second visit in 10 months to Elland Road, his previous being the 2-0 win over Derby County last November.
