Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for Saturday’s League One game against Dagenham & Redbridge.

The programme has been increased to 76 pages this season, but with the same number of advert pages as last year, meaning there is even more to keep you entertained before, during and after the match.

We start with a front cover image of defender Alan Goodall, who has been an able deputy for Joe Widdowson in recent weeks.

As usual, there are the serious and not-so-serious articles, together with the usual high quality pictures from the Plymouth and Huddersfield games by photographer Daniel Youngs.

Keith Hill gives his thoughts on the defeat at Bristol Rovers, while we search the internet for other people called Matty Edwards.

A new style Dale Quiz has been compiled to test the grey matter, while Scrutator is back with his views on why Dale struggle to raise attendances.

Traveller’s Tales reports on the trips to Southampton and MK Dons, while there are in-depth previews of forthcoming home and away fixtures.

Of course, there are many new features, including The Day I Was Born, where we look back at a special day for one particular person at Spotland.

Visitors Dagenham get nine pages of coverage, with My First Time reflecting on Dale’s maiden visit to Victoria Road.

All this and much, much more will be in Saturday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.
