Having supported the R's for nearly 40 years, I am making only my third trip up from Somerset to watch the Southampton game. I will be driving, so where is the best place to park? Is it best to park in a station and tube it in? What would be the best station from the M4? |  | | |  |

I travel up from Somerset regularly, definitely better to park near the ground always lots of free parking options, I usually park off sides roads off Uxbridge Road (no charge on Saturdays). |  | | |

I drive most of the time, but Berry's coaches are inexpensive from Taunton,Ilminster,Yeovil, Wincanton etc. to Hammersmith Bus Station. Godolphin or Hetley Road are free parking on Saturdays and normally have spaces if you don't arrive too late. I hope nobody else is reading this or I won't find a space for myself. |  |

The good thing is that on my previous 2 visits we haven't lost - albeit that they were a pre season friendly against Spurs which we won and a FA cup tie against Torquay which I think we drew - so hopefully I will see our first win of the season! Thanks for the advice. | | | |
