You'll drive yourself mad worrying about Marti heading off somewhere, if a club wants him and he wants to go he'll go regardless of contract. Enjoy him whilst he's here - I'm sure he'll be here for another season or two at least.
As above, I'm hopeful they have some kind of succession plan and have identified potential replacements |

I read a ‘Day in the Life’ article with, I think, Andy Watkins a few years ago. He said that after a defeat they don’t bother posting much as essentially everyone is too cross with the club to hear from it. |
