If you're on Chrome, right click anywhere on the page > Inspect element > Resources > Frames > (website) > Images > then scroll through and click on the link for the image and you can save it from the page it leads you to.

Not sure what the process is in I.E. or Firefox or other browsers but it's probably something similar
