Much better all round. Gomis played quite well.

"Michu, Britton and Williams could have won 3-0 on their own. They wouldn't have required a keeper."

So much better in a week.

Well done Monk for having the guts to try something different and shaking us up a bit.

Tight at the back, much more bite in midfield and didn't run our of steam.

Shelvey - I criticised him last week but he was excellent today - much more composed and seemed to have more energy. Very very good game from Cork and Ki as well I thought.

Double over Man Utd for the first time ever - take a bow every single player and member of our coaching staff.

Oh and Fellaini - you're a thug.

Wow, just wow. Think I read they were unbeaten since November, and LVG was crowing pre-match about them being the best team in the country at the moment.

Well suck on that my clog-munching friend. Can we play you every week etc etc.

Yes, we conceded too much possession in the 2nd half and didn't quite deal with Utd putting two wide wingers to stretch us out, but Fab didn't have a great deal to do apart from collect a few corners. We had twice as many shots on target as they did, inc one cleared off the line.

Great goal from Bafejojno Shelvis.

Enjoying the next level

You could we the posters were ready to come in with slagging the team right off but we equalised so quickly they did not have a lot of time fairly quiet on the board at the moment it really vwas a terrific win.

Yes, disappointing that the world and their dog pipes up when we lose or even draw yet do the double over Man U and it's so quiet.

Bafejojno Shelvis. If ever a name deserved to exist....

“The stupidest thing she knew was for people to act like they knew all about the things they knew absolutely nothing about.”

FYI according to the Danish commentators there were a banner over the M4 near Port Talbot, "the red welsh army" greeting LVG and his men.

there have always been a lot of plastics in South Wales. Came from years of being in the lower leagues.

We keep on as we are though and it changes. Fewer and fewer small children are now seen in anything other than Swans tops.

absolutely fing brilliant,

my kids are happy they can have a curry when the swans win or a Chinese if they lose so its curry night.

I've worked in schools for 25 years now and the shirts that you'd see were mainly red and occasional blue

but its unusual now to have anything other than Swans tops

Can't see us scoring and we will get picked off.

Hopefully not !

Didn't see that coming at all.

Great result.
