The council? Undoubtedly. I just think it's a bit grasping to ask for handouts from the local taxpayer which is on its arse. There's plenty more the council could do to assist the club but handouts ain't it. Not to say the club should fund the council either of course, they should just work together for everyone's benefit. |  |

As a Swansea tax payer, I'd be mortified if the council gifted a few million to a club earning £100m a year. I'd rather the council focused on sorting out the city centre, oh and help sort out any plann ing issues with the club. |
Agreed and maybe ask the views of some of the local school teachers who are about to be put on notice of redundancy because there are insufficient funds within the authority to support our education system ........................................................ Staggering! |  |
