Football, and Cardiff are now only 1 point behind promotion hopefuls Ipswich, who are in 8th place.

And ?

Dear BBC Cardiff, 8th place means sod all at the end of the season, in fact if Cardiff do finish in 8th place I will be more than happy for you. I'll be even more delighted if you finish in 7th, especially if you miss 6th place on goal difference.

P.S
The teams above you mostly have a game in hand as well but let's not put a dampener on it.

It's the set in concrete narrative now. The other day, on nationwide BBC final score even though they were 10th and drawing with crappy Rotherham, according to that nobber Mohammed (that's Jason, before I get a fatwa) they were 'play off chasing Cardiff' and we were 'relegation threatened Swansea playing everton tomorrow'. Now technically that might be true, but oddly he specifically said Ipswich, Birmingham and Sheffield Wednesday, and Newcastle, Norwich and Bournemouth without either descriptor.

Paranoid? You bet your ass.

His relative success certainly is one of lifes little mysteries. He must have photos of someone high up in a compromising situation or something.

That made me laugh.
A club bigger than Barca that due to unfortunate circumstances, can't open the new stand they built, being a feeder club for a club heading towards the relegation spots in the Jupiler Beer league.

This is true and how to the supporters of the feeder club feel? They buy a player who might transform their fortunes and are forced to loan said player to another of Tan's investment clubs. This is setting a dangerous precedent. I think we should buy Llanelli FC just in case we need to do the same.

Don't we need someone in the English League system to get around the international clearance bit?

So we buy Leominster and I get to keep an eye on our U21s matches when walking the dogs

Oh hush.... chances are he'll be a backup behind Saadi and Lawrence anyway. We're just legally doing what Watford do...

Bigger and better things today like seeing Anus in full on reverse mode... even though his old mucka has been revealed as owning Langston ( shocker that ), Anus still proclaims it as a "loss" for Tan.

He must have known that all along. Shocking that Annis and the rest of the cronies are such big pals with a fella who's held their club to ransom for all of these years.

Ah but Anus is now claiming he never denied Sam owned Langston. Feels disappointed in havng been lied to, the poor fella.

Still insists everything is a loss to Tan though despite seemingly everyone on his s(h)ite ripping into Hammam. Guess the ice creams must have been really good ones.

Well jason is hardly likely to say swansea are now only 2 places behind champions chelsea, whilst cardiff have Brentford breathing down their necks.

For those of us brought up on des lynam and David Coleman today's sports presenters are mediocre at best

In fairness Cardiff have every chance of making the play offs, such is the generally poor standard at the moment. It will be interesting if they don't get promoted with regards to Tan's behaviour next year. he already seems to have completely lost interest with the club so with the shackles of FFP and dwindling parachute payments one wonders how he will react.

Out of curiosity, how has he "completely lost interest"?

Perhaps I exaggerate when i say completely but little things like buying into other teams in different countries would ring alarm bells for me. Tell be Bluey does he spend much time in cardiff at he moment and does he go to every game? Not a rhetorical qustion as I haven't got a Scooby but I'd heard he was spending less and less time there
