To be fair he said a lot of stuff that has been said before. The club has been known as somewhere to come and get good wages and a long contract. Reversing this has made it tricky to bring in the players they wanted. There has been a plan from last seasons and brining in JFH has only strengthened it. It is now a case of trying to get the work done early.

The goal is progression so probably play off spot. Les won't be making the mistake of what Tony said last year
