Can someone clarify what the ACTUAL deadline is for buying season tickets at the 'special offer' price?

The actual application form says Saturday May 7th, here:

It might seem unimportant to some, but I've been asked to clarify which is correct, due to my friend being unable to buy his until Saturday. Naturally, he'd want to be able to buy at the preferred price, but can't get to Rochdale to Saturday morning, so for him it's crucial.
