Truly sad stories and I suspect there will be many more to come . it would be interesting to see what sort of risk assessment was carried out to allow the nurses to work , considering PPE is the last but one control measure what other measures were in place to protect staff .I can't imagine there wasn't one in place .

I take your point. However, these nurses etc may have had family to support. The claims would most likely be brought on behalf of the estate. Should those family’s not receive compensation?
